If your product arrives in a poor or faulty condition, or if you have any concerns about it, please email us and we will try everything we can to set it right.

We offer free 30 day returns as long as the product is in new and unused condition.

To place a return request, please write to our customer support team at dee@cinderbud.com with your order ID and reason for return. Our team will assist you within two working days.

Once recieved we can arrange a refund or exchange.
